Sum of angles of polygon

 For a polygon with n sides is ( n-2)×180°

The sum of exterior angles of any polygon is always 180°

(One exterior angle at each vertex)

At each vertex:

Exterior angle + interior angle = 180°

(They form a linear pair)

Polygons

A polygon is a flat, two-dimensional shape made of three or more straight line segments that connect to form a closed figure, with common examples including triangles, squares, and pentagons, named for their number of sides. Key features are straight sides (edges) and vertices (corners) where sides meet; curves, gaps, or open shapes are not polygons.
